Product Description

 

Omeprazole is a way to effectively inhibit gastric acid secretion proton pump inhibitors. There protease inhibition of gastric secretion of gastric mucosal blood flow change is not obvious, does not affect body temperature, stomach cavity temperature, arterial blood pressure, venous hemoglobin, arterial oxygen, carbon dioxide partial pressure and arterial blood pH.

Binds covalently to proton pump. It inhibits gastric secretion. Used as an anttiulcerative.

Function and Application

1. peptic ulcer haemorrhage, anastomotic bleeding ulcer.
2. the State of stress with acute gastric mucosal damage, and non-steroidalanti-inflammatory drug-induced acute gastric mucosal injury;
3. it is also often used to prevent severe disease (such as cerebralhemorrhage, traumas, etc) prevention of rebleeding after gastrectomy;
4. General anesthesia or coma patients after major surgery and weakness toprevent reflux with inhalation lung.
5.Omeprazole is used to treat symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other conditions caused by excess stomach acid. It is not for immediate relief of heartburn symptoms.
6.Omeprazole is also used to promote healing of erosive esophagitis (damage to your esophagus caused by stomach acid).
7.Omeprazole may also be given together with antibiotics to treat gastric ulcer caused by infection with helicobacter pylori (H.pylori).
