 Dopamine hydrochloride is widely distributed in the central nervous system, brain tissue and body fluids of mammals, and its trace determination is of great significance for neurophysiology, exercise physiology, pathology, clinical medicine and disease diagnosis. Dopamine (DA) is the most important catecholamine, which plays a key role in the Chemicalbook of the central nervous system and kidney system. Dopamine hydrochloride is water-soluble and can enhance myocardial contractility and increase blood output. Function and Application

Dopamine hydrochloride is a white acicular crystal or crystalline powder.Soluble in water, soluble in methanol and 95% ethanol, soluble in sodium hydroxide solution, insoluble in ether, benzene; No smell, slightly bitter taste.
It is a precursor of norepinephrine biosynthesis. As one of the central transmitters, it has the functions of excitation -receptor, -receptor and dopamine receptor. Excitation of the heart -receptor can increase cardiac contractile force and cardiac output.
